Well the Zero & Akira manga is sadly going no where, the shop i tried to buy that book from didn't have the book I wanted... the first one. So I've decided that as soon as I get to my first duty station, to enroll in my free time in Manga Universities drawing classes, see if that does anything.

Another reason for Zero & Akira going nowhere. Well I like the concept, I love the characters, but coming up with a realistic storyline is proving to be a pain in the ass, coming up with a story arc.

My other problem is while I'm trying to write material for Z&A, I'm for some reason seeing images in my mind... Manga pages featuring one of my long time pet projects, one that I am EXTREMELY protective over. Well I'm seeing the pages in my mind laid out exactly how I would want them laid out, and I think its a sign. So I guess I'm gonna work on concept art as best as i can, get a scanner, teach myself coloring in photoshop, maybe buy a decent copy of photoshop down the road, until I'm confident in my artistic ability to actually draw pages. Whats even worse is i want to start in the middle instead of the beginning, but I worked that problem out. Do like 10 chapters in the middle, then do a 5 year long flash back to get everybody up to speed (Thank you Miura-sensei).

My Project ASQ scripts are coming along well. First ep should be getting animated now, start casting voice actors this weekend, so should be a very productive weekend for me.
